Nursing Care Coming To Cedars Care Home

We are delighted to share some exciting news from Cedars Care Home in Southend-on-Sea. From mid October, Cedars will be offering Nursing Care, providing another level of specialist support for people who may have more complex care needs.

This is an exciting development for Cedars and means we will be the only care home offering Nursing Care within Southend-on-Sea itself. While nursing care is available at care homes in neighbouring areas such as Westcliff-on-Sea, Cedars will be the only home providing this type of care within Southend-on-Sea.

Our new Nursing Care service will provide residents with access to dedicated nursing support alongside the compassionate, person-centred care already at the heart of life at Cedars. This will give families looking for nursing care in Southend-on-Sea another local option where their loved one can receive the support they need in a warm and welcoming care home environment.

The introduction of Nursing Care is an important step for Cedars and reflects our commitment to supporting residents with a wide range of care needs. Our experienced team will work closely with residents, their families and healthcare professionals to ensure each person receives care that is tailored to them.

For families, having Nursing Care available locally can also provide reassurance that their loved one's changing needs can be supported within the same caring environment.
