Appointment-only visits

We regret that we are having to suspend our appointment-only visits with relatives, as a precaution, because a resident has fallen ill with suspected COVID-19.

Our first priorities are to contain the virus and care for those who are ill. We are following strict hygiene protocols according to PHE and government guidelines. We have ample supplies of PPE and testing kits and will be testing all our residents and staff.

We know that this is a huge disappointment to all our relatives but please bear with us. We will be in touch with everyone as soon as it is safe to resume the visits. Many thanks for your continued support.
